Quinta da Marmeleira, one of Portugal’s most prestigious wine producers, was recently honored with two major awards at the “Most Promising Wine and Spirits Awards of the Portuguese-speaking Countries.” Its red wine Amplo received the Award of Excellence, while Chamelaria, a premium red wine, was awarded the Annual Selection Award.
These awards recognize the high quality of Marmeleira wines and reinforce the company’s position in the competitive wine market. Carmen Wu, CEO Assistant at Quinta da Marmeleira, expressed the company’s pride in achieving these distinctions and highlighted its ongoing commitment to contributing to important initiatives, such as the Belt and Road Initiative. This project, aimed at strengthening commercial and economic ties between various countries, has been one of Quinta da Marmeleira’s main areas of focus, particularly in developing the agricultural sector in Portugal.
